On a triangular corner where Seventh Avenue meets Waverly Place, Fellini is barely bigger than a window, and that’s exactly its charm. Named for the Italian director behind La Dolce Vita, it feels like a tiny slice of the Riviera dropped into the Village. Order a cappuccino from the La Marzocco, grab a seat outside, and watch the neighborhood go by. Small in size, big on la dolce vita.
MAXWELL SOCIAL CLUB
Behind a Tribeca townhouse door, Maxwell feels less like a club and more like a glamorous friend’s home. Hand-painted wallpaper tells the story of Elsa Maxwell, the legendary 1920s hostess, tracing her adventures from New York to Paris across the walls. Nothing here is accidental. Every velvet sofa, chandelier, and book on the two-story library shelves feels chosen with intention, and together they create a space that is completely cohesive. Maximalist, warm, and made for lingering.

1 hotel brings the outdoors into the middle of New York City. The design is built around natural materials, with plants filling nearly every corner, reclaimed wood, and warm leather furniture that makes the space feel relaxed and lived-in. It's a hotel that lean into sustainability without feeling forced, and that comes through in the details.
I wanted this image to capture the overall feel of space rather than one specific element. The mix of greenery and texture creates a sense of calm that stands out in the city that rarely slows down. It's the kind of place where you want to sit for a while, and I tried to frame it in that way.
